Welcome to Pomegranate

Pomegranate is a Suffolk-based creative and therapeutic hub dedicated to enriching lives through the arts. Our mission is to provide accessible, transformative creative support to promote mental health and wellbeing, and strengthen community bonds.
Who are we?
Pomegranate Creative Therapies CIC is a non-profit organisation using the creative arts to support mental health and well-being. Our team comprises HCPC registered therapists and other creativity- inspired professionals

What do we do?
We provide arts-based therapies like music, art and dramatherapy, helping people of all ages build resilience and express themselves. We also develop community projects and events that promote mental well-being through creativity.

Why do we do it?

We believe creativity has the power to connect people and enhance quality of life. Our aim is to provide a safe space for emotional expression, confidence building, and community connection.
Did you know?
The pomegranate has long been a symbol of abundance, renewal, and interconnectedness across various cultures worldwide. In Greek mythology, it represents life, fertility, and the cycle of death and rebirth. In Persian culture, it is a symbol of love and the divine. In Jewish tradition, the pomegranate signifies righteousness and wisdom. Meanwhile, in Hinduism and Buddhism, it represents prosperity and fertility. Its many seeds symbolize unity, potential, and the richness of shared experiences—values that resonate deeply with our mission.
